If you don't care when your release goes out, then Vocus might be a good solution. But if you don't want your release to take 20-30 minutes to appear in your newsroom every time you post a release, then Vocus isn't the solution for you. And if you require any assistance from their technical support staff make sure you build 3-4 weeks into your schedule because it takes them at least that long to address any issue. No matter how large or small.
